Jobs criteria.

Standards for Eligibility in AUCB Bank Recruitment:

Worker at a Cash Office (Clerk):

(1) Completion of a Bachelor’s Program at an Accredited Institution.

A (2) Computer Diploma/Course of at Least One Year is Required. Skills in Microsoft Excel are a plus.

(3) Preference will be given to applicants with one to two years of relevant work experience in a financial institution, bank, or NBFC.

Expert in Information Technology Officer:

(1) A graduate of an accredited Institute/University with a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science or an MCA or a degree with DOEACC ‘B’ level.

Possessing (2) Extensive Information about SQL and/or Oracle.

Three) Priority will be given to candidates with at least one to two years of experience working in banking, financial institutions, or non-bank financial companies.

Law for Specialized Police Officers:

(1) Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

(2) The applicant must have a minimum of five years’ experience in banking, finance, or non-bank financial corporations (OR five years’ experience as an advocate in banking-related issues).
Clerical/Typist Work:

(1) Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree Program from an Accredited College or University.

(2) Fluency in both English and Hindi typing is required, as is completion of a computer training programme lasting at least a year (MS Excel experience is a plus).

(3) Preferred candidates will have one or more years of relevant work experience in a financial institution, bank, or non-bank financial company.

Limit on Age for AUCB Bank Applicants:

25 and 40 years old for Specialist Officers, respectively.

Two (2) Clerical Positions: Minimum Age 21, Maximum Age 40

AUCB Bank Pay Scale for New Employees:

After two years of service, a Specialist Officer will be eligible for a raise to Grade IV’s 16400, 1155, 27950, 1410, 35000, 1755, and 43775/- per month from their initial fixed salary of 30,000.

Start with a fixed monthly salary of ₹. 18000/- for clerks, and move up the salary scale to ₹. 14650/-, ₹. 850/-, ₹ . 23150/-,₹ . 980/-,₹ . 28050/-, ₹. 1210/-, and ₹. 34100/- after two years of service.
